A new blogging platform based on a pure server side JavaScript engine has emerged, and it is quite interesting. The smoothness of the postwriting and snappy front end is very appealing. I can really imagine a great future for the development of this new platform.
Of course it aims to replace the huge WordPress community, and I guess it will struggle due to the diversity of WordPress but as a simple blogging it really feels awesome. There is a bit of complication getting it all up and running as it requires more craftsmanship than the normal LAMP server (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP), but come one – it’s not that hard!

Really looking forward to more playing around with themes and plugins, and not to mention versions! The version currently running is 0.3.3 🙂
